Otto is the name of my own beloved dog, and he is the heart behind OTTOFOCUS. Living with him, I realized just how quickly their precious, fleeting moments fly by.
This is why OTTOFOCUS was born. To capture those precise instances that can never be repeated.
Here, every dog I photograph is as dear to me as Otto. My motto is to preserve those unfiltered, special, and ephemeral moments of your furry family member, creating timeless memories that you can hold onto forever.

Let’s celebrate your pup’s special day with zero stress! Our Birthday Mini Session is a quick, 20-minute "paw-ty" designed specifically for puppies or dogs who find it hard to sit still.
We provide all the festive props, including birthday hats and colorful confetti—all you need to do is show up with your furry friend!

Q. How does the photo selection and delivery process work?
A. Here is how you will receive and select your photos:1.First Selection by the Photographer:
After the shoot, I personally review all the photos and filter out any blurry or out-of-focus shots.2.Proof Gallery Delivery:
You will receive a proof gallery containing all the remaining RAW images. To ensure a quick preview, these will be delivered as low-resolution files with watermarks.3.Your Selection:
Browse through the gallery and select your favorite shots based on the number of photos included in your chosen session package.4.Final Delivery:
Once you make your selection, I will professionally retouch them and deliver your high-resolution final gallery!
Q. When will I receive my photos?
Proof Gallery: Delivered within 1 week after your photo shoot.Final Gallery (Standard): Usually takes 1.5 to 2 weeks after you submit your selection.Large Orders (25+ photos): Delivered within 3 weeks.Special Events (Weddings/Events, 40+ photos): Can take 3 to 6 weeks due to the high volume of images.
Q. What happens if it rains or there is bad weather on the day of the shoot?
A. If the shoot cannot heavy rain, extreme weather, or unforeseen natural disasters, you can choose one of the following options:Reschedule: We can move the shoot to the next available date free of charge.Switch to a Studio Shoot: We can change the location to an indoor studio instead.Note: Please note that this policy applies only to uncontrollable weather and environmental conditions, not to simple changes of mind.
Q. How do we choose the shoot location, and are there any travel fees?

Travel Fee Policy:
Outdoor sessions within a 7km radius of my home studio (near McNally High School) do not incur a travel fee. For locations beyond this 7km radius, an additional travel fee will apply.Choosing the Location:
If you already have a specific spot in mind, that’s great! If not, don't worry. Based on the desired mood you indicated in your booking form, I will send you a curated list of recommended locations after your booking is confirmed. You can explore the options and choose the perfect spot that matches your vision.
Q. What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
A. To secure your booking, Ottofocus requires a $20 non-refundable deposit if cancelled close to the date. Please review our detailed policy below:Deposit & Cancellation:
The $20 deposit is fully refundable if you cancel more than 1 week before your scheduled shoot. It becomes non-refundable within 1 week of the shoot.Final Payment & Refunds:
The remaining session balance must be paid in full at least 2 days before the shoot date.
If you cancel 2 days before the shoot, you will receive a full refund of the remaining balance (excluding the deposit).
If you cancel 1 day before or on the day of the shoot, only 50% of the remaining balance will be refunded.Rescheduling Policy:
We offer one complimentary reschedule for unavoidable emergencies (such as a sick child or pet).
To apply this, you must notify me at least 4 hours before your scheduled session time.
